2. Service Description

loravenique provides educational content and resources focused on zero-based budgeting methodologies. Our services include online learning materials, practical workshops, and financial planning guidance tailored to individuals and businesses operating within Australia.

While we aim to provide accurate and helpful information, our educational content doesn't constitute professional financial advice. What works for one person's budget might not work for yours, and that's completely normal.

Program Enrollment

Our learning programs typically begin in autumn 2025, with some specialized workshops scheduled for early 2026. Enrollment is subject to availability, and we'll notify you of acceptance within 14 business days of receiving your application.

3. User Obligations

When you use our platform, you agree to provide accurate information during registration. Keep your login credentials secure — you're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

All content on loravenique.com — including text, graphics, course materials, videos, worksheets, and budgeting templates — is owned by loravenique or our content licensors. This stuff took time to create, and we'd appreciate if it stayed within our learning community.

When you enroll in our programs, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal learning. You cannot reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Program fees are due upon enrollment confirmation. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Refund Conditions

If you withdraw from a program more than 21 days before the start date, you'll receive a full refund minus a administrative fee. Withdrawals made 7-21 days before the start date receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for withdrawals made less than 7 days before program commencement or after the program has started.

In cases where loravenique cancels a program due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our educational programs provide knowledge and tools for zero-based budgeting, but individual results will vary. We can't promise specific financial outcomes, and you acknowledge that budgeting success depends on your personal circumstances and consistent application of the principles learned.

loravenique and its instructors aren't liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes — but isn't limited to — financial losses, business interruptions, or data loss.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Your data — including name, contact details, and financial information you share during coursework — is handled confidentially and used solely for educational purposes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a productive learning environment, certain behaviors aren't permitted on our platform:
